Hatha Yoga with Yogi Shiva Das Disciple of Swami Ramakrishnanda Our Hatha Yoga are given according to the 5000 year old tradition of Yoga, originated in the Vedic ancient India. The 90 minute sessions consist of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation. Our main emphasis is on developing self-awarness, and on enjoying the practice in a non-competative manner. The practice of Hatha Yoga rejuvenates the body, improves health, balance, power and flexibility, and elevates us to higher levels of consciousness. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Yoga I for everyone, including beginners. Yoga II for more experienced practitioners.
